Position Overview:

As a QA you will be responsible for leading and executing the quality assurance activities for our e-commerce

platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and execute comprehensive test strategies, ensuring

the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your expertise in test planning, test execution, and basic automation knowledge will

play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and stability of our e-commerce systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of test strategies and test plans for our e-commerce platform, considering
• both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define clear and comprehensive test cases and
• acceptance criteria.
• Conduct thorough and systematic testing of our Database, web and mobile applications, including functional, regression,
• integration, and performance testing.
• Utilize basic automation knowledge to automate repetitive tasks and streamline the testing process.
• Perform database testing and have a strong understanding of basic SQL and database concepts.
• Monitor and analyze test results, identify and report defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely
• resolution.
• Continuously improve the QA process by identifying areas for optimization, implementing best practices, and staying up to
• date with emerging testing methodologies and tools.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the QA team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional
• growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring the successfulresolution and prevention of future incidents.
• Participate in release management activities, coordinating with the development and operations teams to ensure smooth
• and successful software deployments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with a minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in testing web and
• mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes, including test planning, test case development,
• and defect tracking.
• Knowledge in basic automation and the ability to automate repetitive tasks.
• Experience in API Testing using tools
• Solid knowledge of basic SQL and database concepts for performing database testing.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Basic Knowledge with performance testing and load testing tools, such as JMeter or LoadRunner, is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and communicate risks and issues effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven ability to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality software.
