Job Summary:

QA Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using
Python
and
Playwright
.
Build and maintain scalable and reliable automation frameworks for web applications.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and deliver high-quality products.
Execute test plans and report detailed and accurate test results.
Identify, log, and track defects, and verify fixes in a timely manner.
Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines and ensure automated tests are running reliably.
Perform exploratory and regression testing to ensure application stability.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to test strategy and planning discussions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
3+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 1–2 years using
Playwright
.
Strong proficiency in
Python
and test automation tools.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with
CI/CD tools
(e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Familiarity with version control systems such as
Git
.
Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or Python requests.
Good knowledge of browser debugging tools and DOM structure.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
