Job Description

Role & responsibilities

How to collaborate with Product owners on defining success criteria
Experience in defect reduction through manual testing
Developing test cases for UIs and APIs
Familiar with testing strategies such as risk based exploratory testing, functional testing, regression testing and smoke testing
Experience with database technologies and generating SQL queries
Familiarity with browser console, understanding how to determine where issues lie in network
API testing, using tools such as Postman or SOAP UI
Unix/Linux-like systems - you know your way around a terminal
Experience in CMS based systems
Manual risk based exploratory testing
User acceptance testing with clients
Additionally limited experience or interest in automation testing using tools like Cypress will be an advantage
