QA - Engineer (Manual)

The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in the field. You will be required to work from the office and demonstrate knowledge of Bug Reporting tools, STLC, SDLC, and Bug Life Cycle. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including Scrum and Retrospective Meetings, is essential. Additionally, you should be able to write intermediate queries in a database and have experience with Test Management Tools like JIRA. It would be advantageous to have a good understanding of WEB Applications, Android Apps, and iOS Apps, as well as knowledge of CI/CD, Jenkins, and DevOps practices. You will be responsible for developing and executing test plans and detailed test cases based on project requirements. Collaboration with the development team for bug fix verification and validation is a key aspect of the role. You will need to effectively manage testing efforts across multiple projects and tasks while operating under tight deadlines. Furthermore, you will be expected to engage in cross-team communication with Development, Server, Product, and Program teams. Providing mentorship and training to Associate QA Engineers is also part of the responsibilities. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated office location.,
