What Youll Be Doing:

Perform
manual testing
of customer-facing
web and mobile applications
Verify functionality across
multiple browsers, devices, and operating systems
Validate features against
acceptance criteria
and
Figma design mockups
Execute
exploratory, functional, integration, end-to-end (E2E), and regression testing
Identify, log, and track defects in
Jira
with clear, reproducible steps
Collaborate with
developers and designers
to resolve issues and prevent defects early
Conduct basic
manual API testing
using tools like
Postman
Participate in discussions on
test coverage
and provide feedback to improve product quality

Tech & Tools Youll Work With:

Test Management & Collaboration:
Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket
Browsers & Devices:
Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, Android, iOS (via Browserstack)
API Testing:
Postman or similar tools
Optional Automation:
Playwright, Cypress, or other JS frameworks (for regression/smoke tests)
Designs & Handoff:
Figma

Youre a Good Fit If You:

Have
5+ years of QA experience
, ideally in a
digital agency
or
multi-project environment
Are highly skilled in
manual testing
for customer-facing web and mobile applications
Have experience testing
responsive designs
and
cross-browser/device compatibility
Are familiar with
scrum methodologies
and team collaboration
Can perform
exploratory testing
with a
user-first mindset
Are comfortable testing
APIs
and validating
data flows
Have experience with
multiple CMS platforms
Communicate clearly and document issues in a way that’s easy for developers to reproduce and fix
