Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Mocha.js and comfortable testing both desktop and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Testing:

? Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Playwright or Mocha.js.

? Analyze test execution results and report issues effectively.

? Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.

Manual Testing:

? Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing across web and mobile applications.

? Identify, document, and track bugs using our bug tracking system.

? Validate resolved issues and ensure stability of existing functionalities.

Test Planning & Documentation:

? Create and maintain detailed, well-structured test plans, cases, and documentation.

? Communicate test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Collaboration & Communication:

? Partner with developers, product managers, and other teams to align testing with requirements.

? Participate in stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to share QA progress and blockers.

Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

? Prior experience with manual testing and QA processes.

? Working knowledge of Postman for API testing and automation.

? Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Mocha.js.

? Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and mobile testing.

? Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

? Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

? Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.

? Familiarity with version control (Git).

? Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
