Analyze requirements and prepare detailed
test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
Perform
manual testing
on web and/or mobile applications
Execute
functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing
Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect tracking tools
Validate bug fixes and ensure issues are resolved as per requirements
Participate in
requirement reviews
and provide testability feedback
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to
quality standards and best practices
Prepare and maintain
test documentation and reports

Design, develop, and maintain
automation test scripts
Implement automation frameworks using tools such as
Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestNG

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
3-6 years of experience
in Manual Testing (customizable)
Strong understanding of
SDLC and STLC
Hands-on experience in writing and executing
test cases
Knowledge of
functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing
Experience with defect tracking tools such as
JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps
Basic knowledge of
SQL
for database validation (preferred)
Good understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
