QA Engineer

You will be responsible for developing automation tests and maintaining test infrastructure to ensure stability, reliability, and clear reporting. Collaborating closely with the engineering and product teams, you will create test plans, identify components for automation, and execute test cases for ChargePoint web & mobile applications. We are looking for a team player who is an excellent communicator, creative, data-driven, and results-oriented. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing test cases, scripts, plans, and scenarios for all requirements. - Planning automation testing in coordination with QA, developers, and the product team. - Building and updating automation test frameworks for functional and performance testing. - Monitoring and reporting software issues across multiple projects. - Leading the creation of comprehensive test plans based on technical and business requirements. - Demonstrating strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Serving as a subject matter expert for various projects and initiatives. Requirements: - A degree in Computer Science or a related field. - Strong fundamentals in Computer Science. - 6-10 years of experience in software development and testing. - Proficiency in Python programming language. - Experience in testing REST or SOAP APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI. - Ability to troubleshoot and program in Unix-based systems. - Proficiency in both Manual and Automated testing. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and a results-driven test approach.
