Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using
Appium
for both Android and iOS platforms.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to understand requirements and create test strategies.
Execute automated and manual test cases during the development lifecycle.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and report bugs with clear documentation.
Maintain test environments, data, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
Participate in code reviews, daily stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions.
Track and manage defects using tools like
JIRA
,
TestRail
, or equivalent.
Contribute to improving QA automation frameworks and testing processes.
Ensure mobile app quality across different OS versions, screen sizes, and devices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
24 years of hands-on experience in mobile automation testing using
Appium
.
Strong understanding of mobile testing tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as
Java
,
Python
, or
JavaScript
.
Experience with
TestNG
,
JUnit
, or other testing frameworks.
Familiarity with
Git
,
CI/CD tools
(like Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and
emulators/simulators
.
Good understanding of
REST APIs
, and ability to test mobile app integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in
native app testing
for both Android and iOS.
Knowledge of
BDD frameworks
like
Cucumber
.
Exposure to
performance testing
tools (e.g., Firebase Test Lab, JMeter).
Familiarity with
App Store / Play Store
deployment and crash monitoring tools (e.g., Crashlytics, Firebase).
