We are looking for an efficient Technical Recruiter who has experienced of 4-8 years in Technical hiring good tech lead, will be responsible for the smooth functioning of all technical operations. Besides, you will be identifying the project requirements and developing a design structure. You will be coordinating with the Project Manager in reviewing timelines and deliverables and overall responsible for building the product from Scratch. Responsibilities: This is a highly accountable role and the candidate must meet the following professional expectations: Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team. Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Team handling(experienced employees) and managing of the entire project Providing solutions to a team from the technical front Take ownership of problems and their solutions, delivering business value end-to-end across our technology stack Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements. Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes. Requirements: 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer working with different Technology stacks and building products on a larger scale. Excellent knowledge of programming languages like Python, React, and Databases along with experience in the cloud domain for deployment of such applications. Python is Mandatory Excellent experience working with Databases like MySQL, and MongoDb and designing Database structures for efficiency and scalability. Hands-on leader, and problem solver with a passion for excellence. Strong experience in scaling, performance tuning, and optimization at both API and storage layers. Good with Designing application Architecture, features, and Design principles. Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills. A proven ability to take projects from ideas and experiments through to robust solutions. Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
