QA Automation Engineer

Automation QA Engineer - From Top Tier University only -

Location: Bangalore

Type: Full-time | Early-Stage | Product QA Team

What Were Looking For -

1 - 3 years of experience in QA automation (Only B2B SaaS company experience)

Strong hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress

Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or Java-based automation frameworks

Proficiency in API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.)

Experience working with Git, CI tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), and issue tracking systems

Basic understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and testing at the data layer

Attention to detail and ability to think through complex use cases and failure modes

Nice to Have -

Experience testing AI or ML-powered systems, especially voice or chat interfaces

Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or Locust

Familiarity with STT/TTS, LLMs, or real-time streaming workflows

Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or 01 product environment

What You'll Do -

Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks for UI, API, and backend services

Write reusable, modular test scripts to support regression, smoke, and performance testing

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and AI engineers to define test strategies and acceptance criteria

Identify bugs, bottlenecks, and edge cases before users do

Integrate automation into our CI/CD pipelines

Track and report on test coverage, quality metrics, and release confidence

Continuously improve test reliability and execution speed
