Job Description

Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer (AI/ML Focus)

Role Summary:

Develop and execute test plans for end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, model APIs, and user interfaces.
Design tests for model performance, accuracy, and drift over time.
Collaborate with Data Scientists to validate model behavior on edge cases.
Implement and advocate for testing in the MLOps pipeline (e.g., automated data validation, model quality checks).
Test for model fairness, bias, and ethical implications.
Perform integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of experience in QA or Test Engineering, with exposure to data or ML projects.
Understanding of machine learning concepts and the model lifecycle.
Experience with QA automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, PyTest).
Proficiency in a scripting language (Python preferred).
Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for breaking things.
