Job Description:
We are hiring a QA Automation Engineer with expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test frameworks. The role involves ensuring software quality through rigorous automated testing of applications and services. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools. Develop reusable test frameworks for regression, functional, and performance testing. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality checks. Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers for resolution. Perform API testing with tools like Postman or RestAssured. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery. Analyze test results, generate reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in QA Automation. Proficiency with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Appium. Experience in programming/scripting languages (Java, Python, JavaScript). Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps integration. Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured). Understanding of Agile methodologies and software testing life cycle (STLC). Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in developing frameworks from scratch. Knowledge of Page Object Model (POM), TestNG, Parallel execution, TestNG listeners, and executing scripts in headless mode for faster execution. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling). Experience in mobile automation testing (Appium). Certifications in QA/Testing (ISTQB, CSTE).
