As a QA Automation Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software through automated testing processes. You should have a strong background in Core Java and expertise in modern automation frameworks. Your role will involve working independently to modify existing frameworks or scripts to align with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize strong Core Java skills including OOPs, Strings, Exception Handling, and Collections - Implement automation using Selenium - Develop and execute tests using TestNG and JUnit frameworks - Employ BDD practices with Cucumber - Generate reports using Log4j, Extent Reports, and TestNG Reports - Validate data in databases hands-on - Implement Automation Design Patterns such as Page Object Model (POM) and Data-Driven Testing - Utilize build tools like Maven and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins - Independently modify frameworks or scripts as required Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience - Proficiency in Core Java and automation tools like Selenium - Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, and database validations - Familiarity with build tools like Maven and CI/CD pipelines - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently - Excellent communication and teamwork skills Please note that the job is based in Mumbai with preferences for Pune and Bangalore.
