As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Working in an Agile SAFe model, you will collaborate closely with project members, SA/BA, and DEV teams to comprehend the entire context of deliveries and convert functional and non-functional requirements into test cases. Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining UFT automation scripts, conducting various testing types using manual and automation techniques such as Acceptance, Functional, Regression, end to end, etc., and creating and managing QA artifacts. It will be crucial for you to analyze results, log defects in the Test Management tool, and communicate clearly through written and verbal channels regarding defects, test results, and status to the QA lead and stakeholders. To excel in this role, you must possess good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support the development process effectively and ensure that project deliverables align with specifications. Moreover, your ability to collaborate with teams across different regions like the US, India, Taiwan, etc., to offer necessary support will be essential.
