Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement scalable automation frameworks for web, API, and backend systems.
Define QA best practices, test strategies, and test plans for functional and non-functional requirements.
Develop reusable and maintainable automated test scripts using
Python
and at least one other scripting language (e.g., JavaScript, Ruby, Bash).
Lead API automation initiatives using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or custom Python scripts.
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and product teams to embed testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Perform code reviews of test scripts and mentor QA engineers on automation standards.
Analyze test results, triage issues, and support root cause analysis.
Design data validation and integrity tests using
SQL
for backend verification.
Introduce performance, security, and integration testing strategies as needed.

Mandatory Skills:

Python
(advanced proficiency)
Selenium WebDriver
(with Python or similar)
API testing
(REST, Postman, Python requests, REST Assured, etc.)
SQL
(for validating backend data)
Minimum two scripting languages
(e.g., Python + JavaScript/Bash/Java/Ruby)
