Role & responsibilities operate 4th and 5th axis CNC machines. Read and interpret machining stage drawings. record production data, inspection results for tracking purposes. Load and unload raw materials, replace worn out tools and calibrate them. monitor production to detect issues or defects. Preferred candidate profile Skills and Desired: Drawing reading ability, Understanding of GD&T, Process drawings. Basic understanding of CNC Programming, DMG MORI / HEIDENHAIN experience, Simultaneous 5 Axis, and Turn-Mill machines working experience. Measuring instruments handling & Inspection report documentation. Production documents preparation, 5S activities, and basic Cutting Tools & Fixtures knowledge.
