Python/Django Developer

Role Overview: As a skilled Female Python Django Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications using Python and the Django framework. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring code quality, optimizing performance, and managing a small team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain web applications using Python and Django. - Work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues in a timely manner. - Optimize application performance for scalability and speed. - Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities. - Participate in code reviews to ensure high coding standards. - Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in web development. - Lead and mentor a team of 5 developers to ensure project success. Qualification Required: - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Python and Django development. - Proficiency in working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.). - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience using Git or other version control systems. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
