Python / SQL CrateDB INTERNSHIP

As an intern joining our data engineering team, you will have the opportunity to work on Python, SQL, and Crate DB technologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Writing efficient Python scripts to interact with CrateDB, a distributed SQL database. - Building and optimizing SQL queries for large-scale data analysis. - Working on data ingestion pipelines and database integration. - Assisting in deploying and maintaining systems on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Collaborating with senior engineers on data modeling, performance tuning, and monitoring. - Contributing to documentation and internal knowledge sharing. To qualify for this position, you should have: - 01 year of experience with Python and SQL. - Understanding of relational and distributed databases (experience with CrateDB is a plus). - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. Nice to have skills include: - Experience with data visualization or dashboarding tools. - Prior internship or project experience involving cloud deployments. - Basic understanding of containerization (Docker) or orchestration (Kubernetes).
