Role Overview

Senior Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
backend services and APIs
using Python
Build
RESTful and asynchronous APIs
using
FastAPI, Django, or Flask
Write
clean, reusable, testable, and efficient Python code
Develop scalable and secure backend architectures
Integrate backend services with
SQL and NoSQL databases
, message brokers, and data pipelines
Containerize applications using
Docker
for deployment and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, AI, and frontend engineers
Develop and maintain
technical documentation
for backend services
Create and maintain
automated tests
to ensure performance and reliability
Participate in
code reviews
and enforce coding standards and best practices
Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and Python ecosystem trends

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

5+ years of deep hands-on Python development experience
Strong experience with
FastAPI, Django, or Flask
Solid understanding of
REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and JSON
Experience working with
Docker and containerized applications
Proficiency with
SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with
Git, Linux
, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with message brokers or event-driven systems is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
from a reputed institute

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
