Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain

  REST APIs and microservices

  using

  Python (FastAPI)

  .
• Work with

  MongoDB

  for data modeling, performance optimization, and scalability.
• Implement

  API security, versioning, performance tuning

  , and monitoring best practices.
• Build and deploy applications in containerized environments using

  Docker & Kubernetes

  .
• Contribute to

  CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and deployment automation

  .
• Collaborate with DevOps, product, and AI/ML teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  
• Ensure observability with proper

  logging, monitoring, metrics, and tracing

  .

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in

  Python, FastAPI, and MongoDB

  .
• Proven ability to design and scale

  REST APIs and microservices

  .
• Deep understanding of

  HTTP, API-first development, and API security

  .
• Proficiency with

  Docker & Kubernetes

  for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with

  DevOps practices

  CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, automation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  

Basic Knowledge

• Cloud experience, ideally

  AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3)

  .
• Infrastructure as Code tools (

  Terraform, CloudFormation

  ).
• System observability

  logging, metrics, tracing

  .

Nice to Have (Advantageous Skills)

• Exposure to

  Generative AI, RAG, vector search, or agent protocols

• Experience integrating APIs with

  AI/ML services

  (e.g., LangChain, Haystack).
• Knowledge of

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in

  Computer Science / IT

  or equivalent experience.

• 5 – 9 years

  of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience in

  Python (FastAPI), API development, and cloud deployments

  .
