As a Python Developer at AHOM Technologies, you will be a key player in the data engineering and analytics team, focusing on building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and analytical platforms using Python and Databricks with a focus on performance and cloud integration. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Python applications for data processing and analytics, building and managing ETL pipelines using Databricks on Azure/AWS platforms, collaborating with analysts and developers to implement data-driven solutions, optimizing existing data workflows, writing clean and maintainable code, participating in code reviews, and contributing to project planning and reporting. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 4-6 years of experience as a Python Developer. You should possess strong proficiency in Python programming, hands-on experience with Databricks platform, good knowledge of Apache Spark and its Python API, experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools, a solid understanding of database systems and data modeling, and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
