Perform regular performance tuning, query optimization, and capacity planning. Design and implement high availability, disaster recovery, and backup/restore strategies. Automate operational tasks using Jenkins, Terraform, and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python). Implement and monitor robust logging and alerting for proactive issue detection and resolution. Ensure database security and compliance through proper access control, encryption, and auditing. Collaborate with development and application teams to provide expert advice on performance tuning and query optimization.
