Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and talented Python Fullstack Developers. You will play a crucial role in building and enhancing our enterprise solutions and be part of a dynamic startup environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using Python and related technologies.
Take ownership of end-to-end software development, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
Fine-tune, deploy, and integrate LLMs.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers when needed.
Collaborate on user experience.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and advancements in Generative AI.

Qualifications:

Mandatory:
Associate level cloud certification or equivalent experience required.
2 to 5 years of experience in Python Fullstack development (Django/ Flask/ FastAPI, SQL, ReactJS)
A degree in computer science or in a relevant field is a plus.
Backend development for a cloud-native application
Demonstrated interest in Generative AI with hands-on experience in implementing AI models is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
Self-driven, motivated, and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
