Python Django Developer Team Lead

As a Backend Developer at Marktine Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd in Jaipur, Rajasthan, you will be an integral part of a technology company that specializes in AI-driven solutions for modern businesses. Your role will involve developing and maintaining scalable backend applications using Python, Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), Flask, and FastAPI. You will design, build, and maintain REST APIs, WebSockets, and WebRTC for real-time communication, working with Kafka and Redis for event-driven and distributed systems. Additionally, you will implement and optimize SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins for containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines, and develop AWS Lambda functions. You will be responsible for performing unit testing and writing optimized, clean, and reusable code. Scripting for data cleanup, batch processing, and automation using NumPy and Pandas will be part of your daily tasks. Collaborating closely with frontend teams using React.js to integrate APIs seamlessly is essential. Troubleshooting and resolving performance issues in distributed systems will also be within your scope of work. To excel in this role, you must have expertise in Python, Django, Django REST Framework, Flask, and FastAPI for backend development, as well as experience in REST API, WebSockets, and WebRTC for real-time communication. Strong skills in data processing using NumPy and Pandas, event streaming and caching with Kafka and Redis, and database management with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) are required. Knowledge of AWS services, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins for cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines is crucial. Familiarity with React.js for frontend integration and scripting & automation for data cleanup and batch processing are also necessary. Experience with GraphQL, AI/ML integration, and Terraform or Ansible for Infrastructure as Code are considered nice-to-have skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential soft skills for this role.
