Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Python Programmer to lead the design and implementation of automated workflows across various departments of our organization. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop robust, scalable Python-based automation solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity. Youll collaborate with multiple teams including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer support to build custom tools, integrate APIs, automate reports, and deploy intelligent systems. Key Responsibilities Analyze existing manual workflows and identify automation opportunities. Develop, test, and deploy Python scripts, tools, and applications for end-to-end process automation. Integrate third-party services via REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and SDKs. Work with databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.) to fetch, process, and store data as part of automation routines. Create dashboards and reports for monitoring automated systems. Implement scheduling and task orchestration using tools like Celery, Airflow, or Cron. Build data pipelines and ETL processes to support business intelligence. Automate email parsing, document handling (PDFs, Excel), and data entry tasks. Maintain documentation of workflows, scripts, and system architecture. Ensure robust exception handling, logging, and error reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand process needs and deliver automation solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficient in Python with a focus on automation, scripting, and backend development. Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, PyAutoGUI, RPA tools). Strong understanding of APIs (REST, SOAP), JSON, and webhooks. Solid grasp of databases – SQL and NoSQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (Docker, Git, Jenkins). Experience with task schedulers like Celery, Apache Airflow, or similar. Ability to work with Excel automation, document generation, and PDF parsing. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
