Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with a solid background in software development and a keen interest in machine learning. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills who is comfortable working directly with customers to understand and deliver on their needs.

Required Skills and Experience

• 6 to 8 years of professional experience in Python development, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Python, Docker, and AWS cloud knowledge (preferred).
• Database expertise, particularly in PostgreSQL, with experience in optimizing complex

queries.

• Experience with essential development tools: Git for version control, Jenkins for CI/CD, Pytest for testing, and PEP8 for code quality.
• Strong communication skills: Proven ability to interact with clients, understand their needs, and clearly present solutions.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset: Ability to research solutions, diagnose issues, and implement effective fixes.
• Team collaboration experience, working closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, DevOps, and QA.

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of Protobuf, Kafka, Redis, and JIRA is a plus.
• Exposure to distributed systems concepts, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and test-driven development.
• Familiarity with additional cloud platforms like Azure or GCP is a plus.
• Proactive and self-driven: Able to independently initiate and complete projects.
• Customer-focused: Comfortable in a client-facing role, capable of articulating technical solutions clearly.
• Detail-oriented: Dedicated to delivering high-quality code and documentation.
