Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Python Developer. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based applications and tools to support trading strategies and financial analytics. Daily responsibilities include writing efficient and scalable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing system performance, and troubleshooting issues. The developer will also work on integrating third-party APIs and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with frameworks like Django or Flask
• Knowledge of financial markets, data structures, and algorithm design
• Experience working with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and working in an Agile development environment
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with experience in debugging
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and mathematical skills
• An understanding of trading systems and previous experience with financial technologies is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
