Python Developer

Role Overview: You will lead the design and development of scalable RESTful APIs using Django and FastAPI. Additionally, you will architect and build high-performance backend systems and services, optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions. Your role will also involve providing technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring security, performance, and compliance standards, driving the adoption of best practices, leading the integration of third-party services, and staying ahead of industry trends to contribute to the team's technical growth. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of scalable RESTful APIs using Django and FastAPI. - Architect and build high-performance backend systems and services. - Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions. - Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments. - Ensure security, performance, and compliance standards in backend services. - Drive the adoption of best practices in backend development, testing, and deployment. - Lead the integration of third-party services and tools. - Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to the team's technical growth. Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of hands-on experience with Python, Django, and FastAPI. - Expertise in RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming with FastAPI. - Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite). - Solid understanding of authentication mechanisms, including OAuth and JWT. - Proficiency in Docker, Git, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Experience with continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - Proven ability to mentor and lead development teams.,
