Python/FastAPI Developer (Freelance/Contractual) We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Python Developer with a solid understanding of the FastAPI framework to join our team on a contractual basis. This role is perfect for someone seeking a flexible, part-time commitment, specifically during evening hours. Position Details Role: Freelance/Contractual Python Developer Experience: 2–3 years of professional Python development experience. Location: Remote/Flexible (Specify if any location constraint exists) Contract Duration: Initial 1.5 months, with a potential extension for an additional 1.5 months based on performance and project needs. Schedule: Fixed 28 hours per week (4 hours per day or equivalent structure that totals 28 hours/week). Shift: Evening (exact time to be mutually agreed upon). Required Skills and Qualifications Professional Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in software development, primarily with Python. FastAPI Expertise: Mandatory and demonstrated proficiency in building APIs using the FastAPI framework. Asynchronous Programming: Strong understanding and experience with async/await in Python. Web Technologies: Solid understanding of RESTful API principles and experience working with JSON. Database Skills: Experience with at least one relational or non-relational database (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Version Control: Proficient in using Git and GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket. DevOps Tools : Familiar with Azure DevOps or Jira Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and the discipline to work effectively in a remote/contractual setting during evening hours.
