Position: Python Developer LLM / Gen AI

Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite)

Shift Time: 2pm to 11pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable backend systems and AI-driven workflows using Python.
• Work on various POD teams focusing on:
• OpenAPI integrations
• Google Dialogflow
• NovaSonic / AWS platform initiatives
• Evaluate and experiment with AWS Strands as a multi-agent framework.
• Conduct analysis, build PoCs, and deliver recommendations for assigned POD tasks.
• Contribute to setting up and maintaining data pipelines and other AWS-based infrastructure.
• Analyze and optimize LLM performance, ensuring high-quality outputs and responsiveness.

Technical Environment:

• Core Cloud Platform: AWS (approximately 75% of workloads)
• LLMs / AI Models:
• NovaSonic
• OpenAI (GPT models)
• Nova Lite and other AWS Bedrock models
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Python programming

  must be hands-on and able to support technical implementation.

• Solid understanding of LLMs, Gen AI concepts, and Agentic AI

  (theoretical knowledge is essential).
• Familiarity with

  agentic frameworks

  such as:

• Strands

• LangGraph

• ADK (Agent Development Kit)

  – working knowledge is acceptable even if not implemented before.
• Experience in

  AWS cloud services

  for deploying AI applications and building data pipelines.
• Strong

  analytical and problem-solving skills

  to evaluate model performance and guide improvements.
• Ability to clearly articulate ideas, findings, and technical recommendations to both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience with

  multi-agent orchestration frameworks
