Senior Python Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Python applications and REST APIs (FastAPI).
  
• Write high-quality, reusable, and optimized Python code using advanced concepts (e.g.,

  decorators, multithreading, multiprocessing

  ).
• Perform complex data processing using

  NumPy and Pandas

  for analytical workflows.
• Develop and optimize

  SQL queries (joins, subqueries, stored procedures, CTEs)

  for large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, data-driven solutions.
  
• Debug, optimize, and enhance system performance.
  
• Ensure secure, compliant, and maintainable code following best practices.
  

Required Skills

Python Expertise:

• In-depth knowledge of Python (OOPs, decorators, generators, context managers).
  
• Strong knowledge of multithreading, multiprocessing, and asynchronous programming.
  

Data Libraries:

• Advanced proficiency with

  NumPy

  (array operations, broadcasting, vectorization).
• Strong expertise in

  Pandas

  (data wrangling, time-series, groupby, merges/joins).

SQL Skills:

• Strong hands-on in writing

  complex SQL queries

  , query optimization, indexing.
• Experience with

  joins, nested queries, CTEs, and performance tuning

  .
• Exposure to data modeling and handling large-scale datasets.
  

Web Frameworks:

• Strong experience in building APIs using

  FastAPI

  (preferred) or Flask/Django.
• Experience in API security, authentication/authorization, and deployment.
  

Additional:

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) is a plus.
  
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience in building microservices architecture.
  
• Exposure to message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and logging tools.
