About Kadel Labs:

Python Developer

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Python.
  • Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Work with frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Integrate front-end elements with server-side logic.
  • Design and manage database schemas using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, frontend developers, and DevOps teams.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends in Python and related technologies.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
  • Strong knowledge of web frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Proficiency in writing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker).
  • Understanding of unit testing and debugging techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of asynchronous programming (e.g., asyncio, Celery).
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes and microservices architecture.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
