Job Description

As a Python Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with Python and either FastAPI/Flask framework. - Designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications that meet the needs of clients. - Focus on engineering best practices and continuous improvement, with significant business exposure. - Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to gather requirements and understand project objectives. - Working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. - Identifying and implementing performance optimizations, including caching strategies, query optimization, and front-end optimizations. - Customizing configuration and settings to meet specific project requirements like permissions, user-roles, workflows, etc. - Using version control systems like Git to manage code repositories and collaborate with other developers. Qualifications for this role include: - Python development experience with a focus on web applications/services. - Strong knowledge of core Python and Python frameworks like FastAPI and Flask. - Good backend development experience including unit test cases, branching strategy, CI/CD. - Database integration with Python services and SQL programming. - Knowledge of ORM and Alembic. - Cloud knowledge, preferably AWS or Azure. - Ability to understand business requirements and design the backend system for those features.,
