Python Data Engineer Intern

As a Python Data Engineer at AppGlide, you will join our customer's solutions engineering team and work closely with customers to deploy solutions across global customer deployments. Our client offers an industry-leading AIOps platform that provides instant, real-time actionable insights for managing multi-domain network and application infrastructures. By consolidating multiple data sources into a user-friendly platform, IT teams can troubleshoot network issues efficiently, reduce downtime, minimize MTTR, and enhance overall efficiency. Skills required for this role include: - 1+ years of experience in Python - 1+ years of experience in DevOps and Kubernetes - Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology - Proficiency in YAML syntax and its usage for configuration and data serialization - Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure - Understanding of how QA fits into the System Development Lifecycle - Ability to create and maintain documentation/work associated with QA work - Solid understanding of application architecture, design, and data flow for effective script design - Proficiency in developing, debugging, and maintaining automation test scripts independently - Ability to troubleshoot applications and automation to resolve script failures using appropriate processes Responsibilities of the role include: - Being a test expert on the customer's operational analytics solution for networks, applications & security workflows - Taking a hands-on role in testing/automation of products to meet customer requirements - Collaborating with engineering and integration teams on deployments - Owning design, development, and test execution plans for POCs, leading to the completion of deployment - Improving product features and quality through enhancement proposals and customer reviews At AppGlide, we foster a culture of mutual respect and ownership, prioritize employees" work-life balance, and empower individuals to take ownership of their work streams.
