Compensation: ₹700 – ₹900 per session (based on experience and performance)
Session Frequency: 1 class per week

Job Description:

Topper Shiksha is looking for a passionate and skilled Python Coding Trainer to conduct engaging and practical-based coding classes for school students. This is a part-time opportunity, ideal for professionals or educators who wish to inspire young minds and share their expertise in coding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one Python coding class per week in a structured and engaging manner.
• Teach programming fundamentals and project-based lessons suitable for school students (Grades 6 to 8).
• Follow Topper Shiksha’s curriculum while also bringing creativity and interactivity into the classroom.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain class discipline and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Coordinate with the Topper Shiksha academic team for any training or updates.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python programming and basic computer science concepts.
• Prior experience in teaching or conducting workshops (preferred).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for education and working with young learners.
• Ability to travel to the assigned school for classes (if offline).

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: ₹600.00 - ₹900.00 per hour

• Weekend availability
