Required Skills: Amazon Connect: Hands-on experience designing and developing Contact Flows . Strong understanding of Amazon Connect architecture and integration capabilities. AWS Expertise: Proficient with Lambda , EC2 , CloudWatch , and other AWS services. Ability to integrate AWS services effectively into contact center solutions. Python Development: Strong Python coding skills with experience in developing backend services or automation scripts. Familiarity with AWS SDKs (e.g., boto3) is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.
