Python Automation Testing - Mentor

Responsibilities:

● Share knowledge and understanding.

● Help to develop the individual’s technical skills, which is a prerequisite for

growth.

● Share effective and efficient techniques for Zen learners.

● Facilitate career development through guidance and advice for Zen Learners.

● Creates technical training programs according to requirements.

● Creating individual real-time projects and involving learners to do hands-on.

● Taking ownership of learners' progress and maintaining the individual

performance report.

● Should be able to handle live & 1:1 sessions.

● Should be able to take ownership and dedicate support towards achieving the

mutual goal.

● Detecting common skills shortages and creating a training plan to address these.
● Prepares training materials and sessions, in groups or individually.● Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.

● Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing

publications.

● Providing various weekly assignments, tasks to learners, and evaluating them regularly.

● Personal attention to Non-Tech background learners and motivating them to

succeed in the tech field.

● Provide for two-way communication.

● Able to learn new technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Programming and Logic Building Skills.

● Developing new test scripts for the application.

● Strong proficiency in Manual Testing, Agile, STLC methodologies.

● Python programming and Python-Selenium.

● Understanding the business requirements, application, and its components.

● API Testing and Automation using Python [preferred] or other tools like

Postman/SOAP UI, etc.

● Ability to learn new technologies and implement them as per the needs of the training

flow.

● Inspecting Elements, Create Test Cases using Element locators and Selenium

WebDriver Commands.

● Involved in knowledge transfer to the newly recruited personnel.

● Developed and executed the Automation Test Scripts

● Reviewing the Test Reports and Preparing Test Summary Report.

● Implemented automation using Selenium WebDriver, Python, JMeter, Jenkins, API Testing.

● Clear knowledge of code versioning tools(Git, GitHub).

● Experience in project management and QA methodology.

● Base understanding with modern CI/CD tools.

● Base understanding Dockers, Containers etc.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
