Python API Developer

As a Python API developer at our company, you will be responsible for developing API-based solutions using FASTAPI, Flask API, MySQL, NGINX, and openpyxl on the Linux platform. Your role will involve delivering custom authentication and authorization-based REST API solutions using Python, and you should have experience in deploying API solutions in production at least once at scale. Additionally, proficiency in reading & writing Microsoft Excel files using openpyxl, writing SQL queries, and supporting production systems or developing new features is essential. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop Python functions & classes for API development - Implement Async REST API solutions - Handle large data volumes as part of async RESTAPI - Work with databases like MySQL or Oracle and integrate with React.JS front end - Create custom authentication using OAuth & custom authorization - Ensure successful project delivery in a production environment - Deploy solutions to production using NGINX - Utilize openpyxl for extensive work with Microsoft Excel files **Qualifications Required:** - Proficient in Python functions & classes - Experience in developing Async REST API solutions - Ability to work with large data volumes in async RESTAPI - Familiarity with MySQL or Oracle databases and integration with React.JS - Experience in creating custom authentication and authorization - Previous project delivery experience in a production environment - Deployment experience using NGINX - Proficiency in working with Microsoft Excel files using openpyxl As a Python API developer, it is important to possess the following soft skills: - Being a self-starter and not waiting for direction on what to do - Customer focus - Integrity **Nice to Have Skills:** - Experience in integrating with React.JS front-end - Knowledge of Node.js - Experience in user-friendly UI/UX design **Optional Soft Skills:** - Curiosity to learn new things Please note that this position is based out of Mumbai.
