Python and Java developer

Job Description: You are a skilled Python & Java Developer with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in software development. You have a strong understanding of backend development, API design, application debugging, and scalable architecture. This full-time on-site role based in Pune is available as permanent employment or contract-based engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Python and Java. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product. - Perform code reviews, debugging, and optimization for performance and scalability. - Work with relational and NoSQL databases. - Participate in requirement analysis and technical design discussions. - Ensure high-quality documentation and version control using Git. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: - Strong proficiency in Python and Java (Core Java + Spring/Spring Boot). - Experience with REST APIs, Microservices architecture. - Hands-on experience with at least one Python framework (Flask/Django/FastAPI). - Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms. - Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development. - Experience in unit testing and code quality assurance tools. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical mindset. - Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
