Job Description: Tech Lead – Node.js

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead (Node.js) with strong expertise in backend

development, microservices, and legacy system migration. The ideal candidate should have

hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, NestJS, legacy migration, and leading development

teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Lead and mentor a team of backend developers.

● Client communication and converting requirements into technical implementation.

● Design and build scalable microservices using NestJS.

● Work extensively with PostgreSQL for database design and optimization.

● Plan and execute legacy system migration and database migrations.

● Oversee project delivery, code quality, and technical architecture.

Requirements

● 7+ years of experience in Node.js backend development.

● Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL.

● Proven experience in legacy system migration and database migration.

● Expertise in NestJS and microservices implementation.

● Experience leading teams and delivering microservice-based projects.

● Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
