Responsibilities: Develop and maintain robust web applications using Django, Flask, and custom Python frameworks. Lead the design and implementation of Video Management Systems (VMS) and Network Video Recorder (NVR) web projects. Work extensively with video streaming technologies and protocols such as RTSP, HLS, and WebRTC. Design and integrate AI-based alert and notification systems for live and recorded video feeds. Develop APIs for real-time video processing and management functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code adhering to industry standards. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and application issues. Requirements: 3-5 years of proven experience in Python development. Strong proficiency in Django and Flask frameworks. Exposure to custom Python frameworks (preferred). Hands-on experience with video streaming protocols and technologies. Knowledge of VMS and NVR systems. Basic understanding of AI frameworks such as YOLO, OpenCV, or TensorFlow. Proficiency in version control tools like Git. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience working with 360-degree video applications.
