Role & responsibilities As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will oversee the development process and ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.- Lead the design and development of applications.- Act as the primary point of contact for the project team.- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project alignment.- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
