We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Admin with 1-2 years of experience to manage daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and inquiries professionally. Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation electronically & Physically. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Assist in handling invoices & Cash management if any. Ensure compliance with company policies and assist in drafting administrative procedures. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
