Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive - IT Sales at Pyrack in Pune. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting Pyrack’s AI-driven products and services. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies, managing client accounts, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in IT and AI solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and competitive landscape. Develop and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to clients. Collaborate with technical teams to align client requirements with Pyrack’s offerings. Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and sales pipelines. Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand Pyrack’s reach. Qualifications: Proven experience in IT sales or business development, preferably in software or AI solutions. Strong understanding of technology, including AI, software development, and IT services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). Requirements: Experience in creating and implementing successful sales strategies. Knowledge of sales pipeline management and client relationship management. Familiarity with emerging trends in IT and AI solutions. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver client-focused solutions. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience in handling end-to-end sales processes.
