Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest developments in performance monitoring and tools, recommending new solutions and practices to enhance system performance. Training and Mentorship: Educate and guide team members on best practices in performance monitoring and tool usage to build organizational capability. Qualifications Experience: Extensive experience in performance engineering, with a focus on monitoring and tools implementation in IT environments. Technical Skills: Expertise in performance monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, Dynatrace, Data dog, Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana). Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner). Strong knowledge of application architecture and performance principles. Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with both technical and non-technical partners. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
