Job Title: Technical Team Lead Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad Department: Technology / Engineering Reports To: CTO / Head of Engineering Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Lead to lead our development team and drive the technical vision of our products. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development , proficiency in modern AI/ML frameworks , and the ability to architect scalable and high-performing systems. You will mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure timely delivery of robust technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web and mobile applications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define technical requirements and system architecture. Oversee full-stack development across modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP Laravel, Python, Java). Integrate AI/ML models and APIs into products using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI, or LangChain. Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control practices (Git), and code quality standards. Evaluate and adopt tools for observability, monitoring, testing, and automation. Provide technical mentorship and conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality code. Coordinate sprint planning, task breakdown, and delivery timelines using Agile methodologies. Ensure security best practices across applications, APIs, and data systems. Research and recommend new technologies to keep the stack modern and efficient. Technical Skills Required Front-End: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js Back-End: Node.js, PHP (Laravel/Symfony), Python (Django/Flask), Java (Spring Boot), .NET AI/ML: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, LLM integration Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS/GCP/Azure Testing & QA: Jest, Mocha, Selenium, Postman, Cypress Others: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, OAuth2.0, Webhooks Leadership & Communication Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to break down complex problems and guide the team to solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication to convey technical concepts to non-tech stakeholders. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and constantly evolving environment. Preferred Qualifications Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a lead or managerial role. Experience with AI-driven product development or AI-enhanced features. Familiarity with PWA, mobile app development (Flutter, React Native), or microservices architecture.
