Role & responsibilities - Dry blend preparation & operation of extrusion of PVC pipes/profiles and CPVC Pipes. - Should have knowledge of handling of high speed mixer & preparation of PVC or CPVC dry blends. - Should have besic knowledge of additives used with PVC during dry blending. - Should has hands on experience to handle twin screw extruder for PVC & CPVC. - Should have basic knowledge of mechanical & electrical maintenance of extruder. - Should have knowledge of testing of PVC Pipes/Profiles & CPVC pipes - Maintain documents for extrusion trials /test. Preferred candidate profile Should have experience of testing in extrusion machines.
