We are known for our innovation, quality, and strong market presence. Key Responsibilities: Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed regional sales targets for rubber, plastic & PVC products. Business Development: Identify & tap new business opportunities across industries. Client Relations: Build and manage strong relationships with OEMs, distributors, and large industrial clients. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the regional sales team to deliver top performance. Market Insights: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities & pricing strategies. Order Management: Coordinate with technical & production teams for smooth order execution. Reporting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and regular MIS updates for management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven B2B sales experience in rubber, plastic, PVC, or chemical sectors . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong leadership ability with a target-driven mindset. Willingness to travel extensively in the assigned region. Qualification: Graduate/PG in Science, Engineering, or MBA (Preferred).
