As a Materials Planner with a background in engineering, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing materials for shutdown projects in the Oil & Gas industry. Your primary focus will be on planning and logistics to ensure timely and efficient delivery of materials required for the shutdown activities. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas, specifically in shutdown projects. Proficiency in using tools such as PV6, MS Project, SAP, and Excel is essential to effectively manage materials and resources. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with WO Planners and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the shutdown project. Your previous experience as a material engineer or material coordinator will be valuable in this position. This is a full-time position based in Oman for a duration of 5-6 months during the shutdown period. Your expertise in SAP, MS Project, and Excel will be crucial in successfully planning and executing the materials management aspect of the project.
